Return and Exchange Policy 

Bluegrass Crystal Collective LLC does not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. Please contact us via email if you have any problems with your order, bluegrasscrystalcollective@gmail.com

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of your parcel both before and after you open it. We will need these photos to file an insurance claim with our shipping courier. After receiving the photos of the damaged item(s), we will issue you a store credit or send you replacement item(s).

If by chance, you receive items you did not order, please contact us immediately so we can send you the correct items.

Lost Shipment

If your package gets lost in the mail system please contact us and we will file a claim with the shipping company. Bluegrass Crystal Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If we win the claim for the lost and/or stolen shipment we will refund you in full. If we do not win the claim Bluegrass Crystal Collective cannot issue a refund, but we will send over a shop credit for you to use on our website.
