Thank you for your order, after placing a website order on with Bluegrass Crystal Col. a confirmation email will be sent to you. Our current order processing time is 1-7 business days. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days nor are Holidays. Once your order has shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you via email, in this email will be your tracking number. Delivery time all depends on the location of where the package is being delivered too.That being said sometimes due to holidays, or high volume times the mail courier's can be delayed. Bluegrass Crystal Collective LLC is not responsible for any taxes or duties on shipments. The appropriate taxes will be applied accordingly depending on your geographical location.
